Shipping policy

Processing Times  

We process orders Monday to Friday. Order before 12pm AEST and it usually goes out same day. After 12pm or on weekends, it moves to the next business day. During Black Friday, Christmas, and public holidays, add 1–2 extra days; it gets busy.  

Australian Shipping  

Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $6.90 for order value less than $100. Delivery takes 4–7 business days from dispatch. Regional and rural addresses can take a bit longer. Order value over $100, the shipping rate is free. 

Tracking  

You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch; that's normal. If you haven't received any tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, email us.  

Lost or Delayed Packages  

If your order hasn't shown up within the expected window, give it 3 extra business days first; delays in transit happen. Still nothing? Contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund.

Need it fast? Contact us before placing your order, and we'll tell you what's possible.  

Black Friday and Christmas periods slow things down across the board if you're placing a rush order during peak season, reach out first.
